Thai Red Curry Braised Tofu with Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar Clean Plate Pantry Thai Red Curry sauce

  • 1 lb. block tofu, drained, pressed, and cut into ½” cubes

  • 2 heads broccoli, cut into florets 

  • Rice noodles prepared with package directions

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet heat the Thai Red Curry sauce until simmering.

  2. Add tofu, cover, and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Add broccoli, simmer for 5-7 more minutes covered, stirring occasionally, or until broccoli is tender.

  4. Serve over rice noodles.
