FOR SERVING: Use one pound of protein of any kind, from chicken to beef to tofu. Brown until almost cooked through; remove meat from the pan (leave tofu). Add sauce and about three cups of vegetables to pan, stirring until done. Add protein back to pan and cook thoroughly. Serve hot over rice.
