Mango Coconut Curry Sauce
VEGAN & GLUTEN-FREE
Luscious blend of the tropical sweetness of ripe mangoes, and the creamy richness of coconut milk. It’s infused with aromatic spices, creating a flavorful and exotic accompaniment to a variety of dishes.
INGREDIENTS: Coconut milk, water, onion, mango, garlic, ginger, tomato paste, spices, coconut oil, salt, citric acid, tapioca starch
FOR SERVING: Use one pound protein – we recommend chicken, fish, beans or tofu. Brown until not-quite cooked through; remove meat from pan (leave beans or tofu). Add sauce and about three cups of vegetables to pan, stirring until done. Add protein back to pan and cook thoroughly. Serve hot over rice.
