Thai Red Curry Braised Tofu with Broccoli

1 jar Clean Plate Pantry Thai Red Curry sauce

1 lb. block tofu, drained, pressed, and cut into ½” cubes

2 heads broccoli, cut into florets

Rice noodles prepared with package directions


In a large skillet heat the Thai Red Curry sauce until simmering. Add tofu, cover, and continue to simmer for 5 minutes. Add broccoli, simmer for 5-7 more minutes covered, stirring occasionally, or until broccoli is tender. Serve over rice noodles.
